<?php
$field = get_field_object('my_field');
?>
<p><?php echo $field['label']; ?>: <?php echo $field['value']; ?></p>

<?php
$field = get_field_object('field_123456');
?>
Display field type specific data
Some field types store extra data such as the Select field. This example shows how to loop over a Select field’s choices and display them in a list.
<?php
$field = get_field_object('my_select');
if( $field['choices'] ): ?>
<ul>
<?php foreach( $field['choices'] as $value => $label ): ?>
<li><?php echo $label; ?></li>
<?php endforeach; ?>
</ul>
<?php endif; ?>
